I have been a personal trainer since 2004 and a bootcamp instructor since 2006. I started training at Bally Total Fitness before I graduated high school. At first it was just a job to make some money, but as soon as I started training people I immediately fell in love with being a personal trainer. I came on board at Bally’s with 8 other trainers. Most with over 5 years of experience in the field, and all of them knew so much more than I did. One by one they all left the company and eventually, I was the only one who stood. It was at that point that I realized I have what it takes to become a successful personal trainer.

I have taught a bootcamp at Stanford University for 3 years. Along with an assistant, I have taught up to 50 people at a time. It was here that I realized I really enjoyed training large groups of people outdoors. It is a completely different atmosphere than working out inside a gym. I have found that most people work harder than they do in a gym, while also enjoying the outdoor elements.

I have been dedicated to learning the most effective and up to date techniques in the world of fitness and strength and conditioning. I find out what some of the brightest minds in the field are doing, and implement their concepts in my programs. I truly care about the people that I train and get a tremendous amount of happiness from seeing my client’s goals become a reality. At Limitless Fitness I am committed to you seeing the results you want to see. As you will discover, your own bodyweight is a sufficient amount of weight to make almost any exercise challenging. But for when we get a little more creative, here's what you'll use:
